Eliza is the evaluation team leader for the national civic organization Braver Angels. As such, she maintains their pre and post event survey instruments and conducts (or supervises) data analysis on the feedback received. The feedback is used to evaluated the effectiveness of the depolarization and citizen engagement programs.
