As a research fellow at the Maxwell Institute, I co-edit the Living Faith book series which now includes two titles that are focused on peacemaking: Proclaim Peace, by Patrick Mason and David Pulsipher, and Seventy Times Seven, by Chad Ford. I'm also a graduate of the Middle East studies program (though it not a current area of expertise or research) and so am familiar with the deep, complicated, and agonizing history of the conflicts in that region. I try to stay informed about developments in that area. And I also care about the ways that people address conflict in their personal lives, though again, I don't have specialized training in psychology or sociology.
